We normally ship in-stock products the same day an order is placed and most orders are delivered within 2-4 days to anywhere within the USA.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Apple Pay.
We have a 60 day no risk return policy, after which point our 10 year product guarantee covers manufacturer defects.

If you ever have a problem with your ballhead or tripod, or if you don't know whether or not a repair is needed, simply contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or 24/7 by telephone (+1 877-396-8411).
If your ballhead or tripod proves defective within 10 years of original purchase date, we will repair, or at our option, replace it free of charge. We will make no charges for labor, service and parts.
For ballheads and tripods returned to us from inside the U.S.A. we will pay for shipping back to our facility. When we send back the repaired ballhead or tripod, we will also pay for shipping back to your address, with signature required.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or misuse. Similar to routinely changing the oil on a vehicle, our products also require routine maintenance, and if routine maintenance is not followed and it fails as a result, this does not fall under a manufacturer defect.

Can I buy products from your facility in Denver, Colorado?
Unfortunately we don't have a showroom or a retail location, only a CNC shop where we machine products and prototypes. However the closest photographic retailer who carries a number of our products is Englewood Camera. You can reach them by calling +1 (303) 797-0700.
- How do you ship products?
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship most of our products within the USA, and sometimes worldwide. If you'd like us to ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL simply contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or 24/7 by telephone (+1 877-396-8411).

You may return a product anytime within a 60 day period from when a product is delivered.
